Mr. Archontis is a PhD candidate of the Department of Public and Community Health, School of Public Health, University of Western Attica on the topic: “Machine learning for the analysis and correlation of social and behavioral data with pain”. He holds a master’s degree from the Department of Electronics & Computer Systems Engineering of the University of West Attica, with the subject of his thesis “Management of gestures in an Android environment through the Leap Motion device”. Also holder of a Degree from the Department of Applied Informatics of the University of Macedonia.

He has participated in the international conference eRA-10 with the presentation topic “Leap Motion Gesture Handling on an Android Mobile Device”, A. Archontis, I. Ellinas, E. Alepis.

He is an experienced teacher with many years of service in secondary schools and post-secondary institutions (I.E.K., I.I.E.K.)

His knowledge includes the development of Client-Server application, Web Application, Socket Application, Web Services, Cloud Applications in Android Studio environment, NetBeans, Apache Server, XAMPP, PyCharm, MySQL Server, using C, C++, C#, Java SE, Java EE, JavaServerFaces, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, PL-SQL, Python.
